Yes!: Brushing your teeth after every meal is an excellent idea and i highly recommend it! let me add that flossing at least once daily is also important to control mouth bacteria. Please know that, if you are in higher risk for tooth decay, you may be told to brush and floss before meal. This is if your dentist determines your mouth's ph becomes more acidic--cause of decay--when your meal starts.
