See a dentist: The only way to answer your question is to see a dentist for an exam. Severe pain needs to be treated asap.

Nonodontogenic tooth: pain. Nonodontogenic toothaches are often difficult to identify and can challenge the diagnostic ability of the dentist and could lead to unnecessary dental treatment. See orofacial pain specialist for diagnosis and management of nonodontogenic pain.

Atypical Odontaglia: Sounds like atypical odontalgia. Difficult problem. Tooth pain without evidence of tooth disease. A diagnosis of exclusion. Start with oral surgeon exam. If diagnosis confirmed, see orofacial-TMJ pain doc for assessment.
