This sounds : Painful. Pain of a tooth is not normal. Please seek evaluation by your dentist to find out the cause and to determine if treatment is needed.

Infection: Tooth probably infected, abscessed. You cam't fix this with pills, salves, drops, or snake oil. Please put down the computer, pick up the phone, and call your dentist.
