Doubtful: A locked jaw can be indicative of TMJ problems or muscle trismus. Please see a local oral surgeon to be evaluated for care.

Most Likely Not: It is very uncommon for wisdom teeth (3rd molars) to be the primary reason for your jaw locking. More lickely, it is an issue with your temperomandibular joints. Get to a dentist immediately to have your jaw looked at. Sometimes, certain xrays are needed to make that determination.

Unlikely: the only way a way a wisdom tooth can cause restriction of oral opening is with an infection. More likely is a problem with the jaw joint (TMJ). See an oral surgeon to sort things out.
