A member asked:

Just wondering if eating too many sweet potatoes would be bad for teeth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sweet potatoes: Sweet potatoes are a healthy food with lots of vitamin a, c calcium, potassium and fiber. The marshmallows, brown sugars and other sugars added to make them taste good are not healthy and add calories and can increase tooth decay. So eat the sweet potatoes and leave out the sugars.
