NO: I can't imagine how. Please don't aim at anybody and try to do it in private.

In what way ?: Do you feel you're spitting out the things that stain your teeth?

No: If you want whiter teeth start w a cleaning. Quit smoking. Avoid coffee, tea, colas, mustard, saffron, tomato sauce, and other pigmented foods. But most of all talk to your dentist for the whitening procedures that are best for you, and spitting is gross.

Not likely: Saliva is good for your teeth. It helps cleanse them. Spitting will have no whitening effect.

Definitely, no: You can use over the counter tooth paste or crest 3D whitening strips or pens. However, they are not so effective and/or stable. A professional teeth whitening followed by home whitening system with custom trays for the long term effect.
