Tough call...: .. Tough to say what's the worst that can happen. Things that can happen are severe damage to both your joints, pain, shifting of your teeth, disfigurement, difficulty chewing and speaking, and possibly expensive surgery and orthodontia to correct your failure to treat. Not sure why you do not want to treat the problem. I suggest you do.
