I have girlfriend that's 18 with no breast development at all. is there any hope for her?

Mind of beholder: Everyone is unique and different. Some have blond hair, others brunette. Some are tall and some are short. Big nose, little nose, big ears, little ears, big hands, small hands...You get the drift? Unless there is a medical issues with puberty-accept her for what she is-probably a terrific girlfriend.

Hope for ? : Hope for larger breasts? Yes mammoplasty. Hope for her developing them later? Maybe. It matters if her small size is affecting her self esteem or confidence. As women age & have babies, their breasts tend to grow. She should talk to her doctor if it bothers her that much.

Otherwise ok?: If the issue is small breasts, then the problem is purely cosmetic & maybe psychological. She may develop larger breasts in the next couple of years & maybe during pregnancy. But i'm concerned that she has no development at all. Has she had otherwise normal puberty? Periods, pubic & armpit hair? Breasts usually start to develop before periods start. If she hasn't hit puberty, she needs to see doc.
