A member asked:

I am just under 8 stone. is this healthy weight?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: First, for all who don't know, 1 stone (used in parts of northern europe) is equal to 14 lbs or 6.35 kg. So 8 stone = 112 lbs. Now, for the question, it depends on your gender & height (assuming you're over age 15). You could also consider body type (high vs. Low muscle mass).
