Hard to say: Joking, but somewhat seriously if your mother isn't worried and still loves you at your age you are probably just fine. There are many contextual variables that influence proper weight. Genetically it is not uncommon for men to fill out only with age and to be relatively thin during adolescence.

Body mass index /BMI: If my calculations are correct 15.5 stone is about 217 pounds, that puts your BMI (weight for height) at around 33.9 which is not a healthy weight for you. Discuss with your doctor the best approach for you to get to a healthy weight.
