Motivation: Staying motivated is tricky. Motivation changes daily, hourly. Try to think of the most important reason for u 2 quit. Is it health, children, cost? Get really specific. Then think of a creative approach 2 keep yourself mindful of that reason, especially for the low motivation days. 1 idea is to keep a picture or note in your pocket that symbolizes...Why u want to quit.
