Seek medical care: Best approach is to get evaluated to identify the possible causes then the solutions could be suggested. Narcotics getting rid of a headache caused by a benign pituitary tumor would be a mistake. If you only needed to change your glasses or correct your blood pressure, that is what needs to happen, not pain meds.
