What causes hemorrhoids in the last part of the small intestine? i got a colonoscopy already

Hemorrhoids do not: Exist in the small bowel. They are only present at the anus, both internal and external. If something was found in the terminal ileum as you describe they are not hemorrhoids. Ask your doctor for clarification of the findings.
