Counselling: If three doctors have all confirmed that you do not have any GYN issues including but not limited to ovarian cancer, then you need to see a therapist to resolve the anxiety that is causing the hypochondriasis. The money spent at the counselor will be more advantageous to your overall health then continuing to see MD's.

How can we help?: I would discuss with one of the doctors that you have seen why you feel you have ovarian cancer and why you feel you are a hypochondriac. Then together you and your doctor can decide the next course of action. Ovarian cancer in a 17 year old would be fairly rare.
