Not likely cancer: Breast cancer is rare at age 27, but possible. Ultrasound is diagnostic tool of choice. Most commonly the nodule is a benign growth (fibroadenoma), cyst (fluid), or asymmetric normal glandular tissue. The ultrasound can help determine any next step.
