i feel that i am over- medicated! i have talked with my 4 specialist & my pcp none of them want to get involved with what the other drs are treating.

Get another Dr.: If your pcm is not "coordinating" your care or listening to you, you should find another doctor. Same goes for your specialists. They work for you.
