Rule out sleep apnea: Please see a sleep doctor as sleep apnea can cause all of those symptoms, including excess nighttime urination. Hydroxyzine can be very sedating, but this usually goes away in several weeks. Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) can cause headaches, but lack of oxygen from stopping breathing at night can do that as well. Significant nighttime oxygen loss can certainly cause headaches and daytime fatigue and ^ in peeing.
