I have health anxiety and because i've had a headache on and off for a month i believe it's a brain tumour, could this be a stress headache though?

I wouldn't jump to: The conclusion that your headache is due to a brain tumor. There are many types of headaches. It could very well be related to stress. Rather then fretting, why not see your doctor for an accurate assessment. Uncovering cause/ type of headache may help to determine an appropriate treatment plan ; reduce your anxiety.
