Treat : If a bladder infection remains untreated it can cause problems. If you are treated with antibiotics that should cause no problems at all. Generally doctors test your urine at each pregnancy visit to look for this sort of thing.

Not too unless ;...: A bladder infection is fairly benign but could be serious if it becomes a kidney infection. A very safe treatment effective 90% of the time is d-mannose- also safe as a preventive- see http://bit.Ly/1hzudgk other preventive measures: urinate as soon as you feel the need (don't hold it), take vit c 1000 mg 3x/day, urinate after intercourse, wipe front to back only.
