UTI or yeast?: Having just taken penicillin or any other antibiotic and you're having urinary irritation or vaginal area burning or pain, I would be more concerned about a vaginal yeast infection (thrush) than a UTI. Get in touch with the doctor or clinic managing your pregnancy. They may recommend an over the counter yeast cream or suppository. Good luck!
