Old infection: The site and type and shape of scar and calcifications are important. Old infections can scar and can get calcified. Tb is noncaseating and will look more like tissue densities and pleural thickening of the upper part. You are young and i don't suspect asbestosis nor cancer for that matter. I can surmise you are probably healthy and had an infection in the past that calcified.
