See your doctor: If you are having pressure after bearing down for a bm you need a chest xray, an ekg, as well as a work up to rule out pulmonary embolism, heart problems, coronary artery disease, as well as costochondritis. See your doctor and see if an echo stress test is in order as well. You did not mention the results of your procedures, but you may also have reflux esophagitis.
