Mental wards: Psychiatric hospitals each have different schedules, therapies with groups, individual psychiatrist visits, nursing activities, eating, exercise, etc. Generally they try to help patients get to sleep at a reasonable time so that healthy sleep and wake patterns can be maintained. Patients are with others like them, but not everyone has exactly the same problems. It's good to have a blend.
