Ok: If you have undetectable iga, any test involving IgA would be meaningless and negative regardless of the disease condition. You will need alternate testing and even intestinal biopsy to document your illness if gluten intolerance is suspected. Make sure to check the other classes of immunoglobulin to make sure you don't have an immune defect.
