Celiac + what else?: Celiac disease (cd) is an immune-mediated enteropathy that inflames and destroys the lining of the small intestine. It is triggered in genetically-determined persons by dietary exposure to gluten (protein found in wheat, barley, rye). Your described symptoms, after gluten restriction, are atypical for cd so further investigation is recommended.

I have fecal anti-gliadin antibodies. Through blood tests there was no sign of celiac. My secretory iga was a bit low as well. What does this mean? Should I be completely gluten free? Or just low doses? And what does secretory iga indicate? Thank you?
