I often get this pain in my wrist which makes it hard to to anything with my hand.hand feels "slow". i think it's an inflammation, but what do i do?

Wrist pain: Wrist and hand pain may be related to trauma or overuse.Nerve entrapment may cause symptoms related to a particular nerve involvement ! do you have tingling, burning and numbness ? You are very young therefore I do not think that you have any serious illness but i will consider nerve entrapment such as in carpal tunnel syndrome and tenosynovitis due to overuse. Do consult your physician.
