See psychiatrist.: You maybe experiencing the side effects from the drug called extrapyramidal symptoms. They can be treated with benadryl, (diphenhydramine) Cogentin and artane.

Akathisia: Saphris (asenapine) is an atypical antipsychotic w indications for treatment of schizophrenia & acute mania (bipolar I disorder). It can cause akathisia (likely what you describe) which is an extrapyramidal symptom. Please let your psychiatrist know because this can be treated.
