Should i be worried about it bi rads three just from finding cysts through an ultrasound. follow up in six months?

No: Unfortunately the birads system forces the doctor to give some number. The 3 simply means they want a 6 month follow up. The real question is why a 3 when you describe simple cysts which would typically be designated as a 2. Anyway, ask your doctor for an explanation.
