No: I'm thinking that you are meaning to say a 2.2cm (not mm) cyst. As a 2mm cyst would nearly be impossible to measure. A 2.2cm cyst is also normal for all women who are ovulating. Most women will produce a functional cyst right before ovulation that is near to that size. Sometimes when they say it's 'complex' they mean there's debris (like blood) in the cyst, also normal. And not harmful.
