I was on pill over a year but quit. haven't told my doc yet, but feel mentally positive and happier. how often do i need check up for ovarian cysts?

Depends: There is no recommendation for any routine check-up for ovarian cysts. It is usually only recommended if you have had a problem with ovarian cysts in the past. You should see your doctor at least yearly for an annual check-up. Best wishes!
