Small? All over?: I'm sorry to hear about the tooth trauma. Without seeing it is not clear what the yellow stain is. If the tooth that went through the lip (ouch...!) was a baby tooth, and the adult tooth has a stain, it is common the developing adult tooth gets "scratched" so to speak, by the traumatized baby tooth. If the adult tooth was hit, ; now is yellow, it may/may not be related. See a dentist ; find out.

Yellow stain: Is the stain extrinsic (on the surface) or intrinsic (within the tooth)? Did the discoloration happen at the time of the accident or is it a recent change? Has your Dentist discussed the yellowing at any of your regular Dental Examinations? Please see your Dentist to have the tooth evaluated and to determine the best course of treatment.
