Hi i got a few teeth removed and my face has been severely swollen and i have noticed my lip has patches of yellow. should i be worried?

Swelling following extractions is not uncommon and should subside within a few days. If the swelling is due to an infection you'll need an antibiotic... that's why it's a good idea to have your dentist take a look.
