No: I assume that you are talking about the intraocular pressure that has not changed.. May be need a change in medication. Are you diabetic? Are you losing peripheral vision. You must return to your opthalmologist asap as you are in the right age to possibly lose your sight if not followed closely.

Possibly: Retinal nerve fiber changes in glaucoma progression can nicely be measured by stratus oct. The question you pose is your measurements are not the same, but are they significantly different? Your treating eye md will be able to tell you that. In my experience, i don't entirely rely on oct measurements to make decisions on adequacy of iop lowering. I use serial visual fields primarily to assess this.
