UTI?: Symptoms you are describing are those of a possible urinary tract infection in its early phase. If sexually active consider sexually transmitted disease as well. Have you pediatrician or obgyn examine you to rule out other causes of discomfort. Pregnancy must always be ruled out.

Doesn't have to hurt: When you urinate to have a bladder infection. Have a urinalysis done tomorrow.

A urinary infection: It sounds like an infection. You need to see a doctor for an exam and a urinalysis to diagnose it and treat it.
