No ovulation: Bloating is a nonspecific symptom, not always related to pregnancy. The negative pregnancy tests indicate pregnancy is not the reason for the symptoms. Irregular ovulation is what causes irregular periods and can also cause the symptoms. If the symptoms persist, an evaluation by your clinician is indicated.
