Dry eyes: Since one often neglects blinking which produces tearing while looking at the monitor, dry eyes are a common issue often making vision blurry and even sharp pain in the eyes. Try squeezing your eyelids for a few times every 30 minutes and use artificial tear drop if needed. If the problem is not solved, see your eye doctor.

Being on a computer: Consistently for hours a day isn't too healthy. I would encourage you to get up and stretch out, walk around and possibly hydrate every hour or so.
