Yes, but...: Your body will compensate only so long. If the "blood volume is low" otherwise known as anemia, this should be investigated. The younger you are (infants excluded) the longer you can tolerate this but at low hematacrit levels you will begin to have symptoms. Have your doctor do a cbc.
