ALP?: Alkaline phosphatase (if that's what you mean), is a liver enzyme. Make certain that this level is actually elevated. Elevation can have many causes. This elevated level, on its own, does not indicate cancer. The cause of an abnormal blood test such as this should be discussed with an appropriate health care provider.
