Vaginal bleeding: You did not specify if pregnancy test was negative. Assuming pregnancy test is negative, fibroid uterus or pelvic masses can cause pelvic and abdominal pain with movement like sensation. Abnormal bleeding its also caused due to fibroid uterus. See you obgyn for ultrasound and physical exam.
