Probably not.: If the spot that is bothering you is on the front of your body it could be either a separated or inflamed costo-chondral junction. This is where the rib meets the cartilage and there is little joint that can be inflamed. If you can push on the spot and find on spot that hurts it may be this. The CT would have shown a fractured rib or other things. NSAIDS and time should fix this.
