Need evaluation: The causes include diseases in your stomach, colon, kidney, skin, muscle, ribs. Gas is possible so take gas medicine should help. The question is why gas? Is there an obstruction after the stomach. An exam, and answering more questions and maybe a ct scan of that area would help identify what it is definitively. I will you all the best!
