I am having tot vaginal sling surgery and i am wondering how long the recovery is? also, is it less invasive than the vaginal removal of the uterus?

Little: The tot procedure has the shortest time of recovery. However you should wait to resume intercourse until vaginal mucosa fully heals.

Minimal: For a mesh sling only, there is minimal pain and no real restrictions other than nothing in your vagina for 6 weeks. Driving and work can usually resume whenever you feel like it. This may vary from patient to patient but, having done thousands of mesh slings, it's rare to have pain or extended recovery. Sling is less invasive than vaginal hysterectomy.
