Isolated, mild...: Abnormality of one liver chemistry at one point in time. Nonspecific; could be due to meds, diet, other illness, etc. Worth repeating. Further testing if continues or increase.

Big picture: Reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside at either end. The high Albumin may just reflect your being a bit thirsty. The alt might be worth repeating after a week or so with no alcohol, especially since you're on meds, and worked up if still high.

My ALP recently was 128, marked as high. The top end of the range given was 117. Bilirubin was normal at 1, ALT 33, and AST 26. Is the ALP a concern?
