Isolated, mild...: Abnormality of one liver chemistry at one point in time. Nonspecific; could be due to meds, diet, other illness, etc. Worth repeating. Further testing if continues or increase.

Big picture: Reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside at either end. The high Albumin may just reflect your being a bit thirsty. The alt might be worth repeating after a week or so with no alcohol, especially since you're on meds, and worked up if still high.
