Yes if taken as pres: As long as you take it as prescribed, this should be no problems. I treat a lot of chronic pain patients who also have chronic anxiety disorders and are on this combination. I can't think of anyone who has not tolerated the combination well. Just remember to stay within the dosing guidelines that your prescribing physician has allowed for you. Best wishes.
