See a doctor today: Large pimples on the butt have a way of getting worse quickly. Be seen by your doctor, or an urgent care center today. This may need to be drained - and if so, you will likely find that it will feel quite a bit better. You may also need antibiotics. Just get seen today. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
