Folliculitis: It is likely a local spread of a staph or strep species that is causing you to have an outbreak. Can try chlorhexadine soap / scrub (may have to ask pharmacist where to find it), and if not successful, see your dr / urgent care for antibiotic rx and more specific instruction on how to get rid of.
