Pregnancy and labor: College of obgyn (acog) redefined definition of full term pregnacies. Now only pregnancies from 39 wks to 40 wks ; 6 days of gestation are considered full term pregnancies. Seems your daughter still on that range of a full term pregnancy. No foods have been associated to induce labor.

Don't worry: There is nothing to worry about at this point. Her due date is "estimated". Some babies come early and some come a little late. She should continue to eat a healthy diet and be as active as she likes. Best wishes and congratulations!
