Well: There is o evidence that rest decreases per term birth; in your case it would be a miscarriage; at this stage aleve (naproxen) 2 twice a day can help but you may have a bladder infection. This can cause the uterus to cramp but staying at home vs going out not likely to change the outcome. Good luck.
