Ibuprofen: Kudos to you supporting your daughter in getting one of the most reliable form of birth control. She should take Ibuprofen (600mg, that's usually 3 tablets) every six hours for the next few days. Sometimes a heating pad helps too. If it gets worse or she starts bleeding a lot you should call her doc.
