Pregnancy unlikely: Dry-humping a large towel does not lead to pregnancy (as long as there is no boyfriend nearby, as that could lead to other pregnancy-causing activities). Dry-humping alone doesn't cause pregnancies because there is no sperm anywhere (it's dry, right?), but excessive dry-humping on a towel might cause a towel-burn on the skin (like getting a carpet-burn on the skin from scraping along a carpet).
